Job Description:

Solidscape is looking for a candidate who has the experience and skills to do the following:

Duties

• Develop reporting using Microsoft Access and Crystal report writing tools
• Establish reporting necessary to support business requirements of Exact RM and E- Synergy and Dynamics financials software applications.
• Member of internal team to implement and enhance business system software from system implementation through support. You will be involved in design and trouble shooting of new applications of E-synergy software.
• Review analyze and evaluate user requests and recommend solutions to solve problems and make enhancements to our systems
• Back up network administrator duties

Required Skills

Computer knowledge

• Crystal Report writing, Microsoft Access and knowledge of data bases
• Self starter, creative and solid organization skills
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum 3- years of application support and reporting experience and an Associate's Degree.
