Summary: Solidscape®, Inc. Announces Tool-Grade Master Patterns in Half the Time

MERRIMACK, NH, November 30, 2005 - Solidscape®, Inc., a leading provider of precision rapid pattern making systems, today today announced a 100% speed increase for its BENCHTOP line of 3D printers which includes the T66 and T612 Benchtop printers.

Available immediately, the higher speed T6x BENCHTOP family will continue to use Solidscape's InduraCast™ and InduraFill™ materials as well as its cost effective, extended-use build substrate called InduraBase™.

There is an upgrade path for current Benchtop users which is free for systems covered under warranty or those who have purchased a service contract.

David Bothwell, President and CEO of Solidscape, said that the T6x BENCHTOP speed increase will further Solidscape's efforts to penetrate industrial markets where intricate, master patterns are required. “The higher speed T6x BENCHTOP line fits well within the parameters of our targeted industrial markets and continues to address customer needs in the areas of pricing, higher speed, castability and surface finish flexibility. Our traditional jewelry design and manufacturing customers will also realize a significant improvement in build times.”

U.S. pricing for the T66 and T612 BENCHTOP is $39,900 and $49,900 USD respectively and includes a 90-day warranty. International pricing is $45,650 and $55,650 respectively and includes a one-year warranty and a set of spare jets. Prices are FOB plant.
