As you are aware, Solidscape offers a Maintenance Service Agreement to help protect your investment in our products. The standard MSA provides you with coverage for a period of 12 months. It offers protection against unwanted downtime, as well as providing insurance for the usually untimely and always unexpected expense of self-maintenance. Some of the features of the Standard MSA are:
We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our service offerings by providing two new MSA Option Plans to help meet the needs of our users. These plans offer an excellent value in cost, service and flexibility. Both plans are offered as add-ons to the standard MSA for PatternMaster and T6X users. MSA Renewal Package Option 1 Includes:
Payment Terms: The Onsite PM Package 2 includes the Package 1 option and provides for an onsite Annual Preventative Maintenance to be performed on the unit by a Solidscape technician.
This package is intended to prevent unwanted downtime and lost production. This Onsite PM Package will eliminate potential Return-To-Factory situation (minimum 2 week turnaround) Payment Terms: We feel that these additions to our current service offerings will provide value to our customers in both reduced costs and increased machine availability through prevention and preparedness.
