Meeting the requirements of a wide range of industrial applications, the PatternMaster system:

• Delivers unmatched precision, with the flexibility to produce tooling-grade patterns and highly accurate models.
• Stands side-by-side with your CAD system in a normal office environment and works with standard CAD files. Operates with a standard IBM-compatible PC running Microsoft Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0.
• Uses a non-toxic thermoplastic build material – featuring excellent casting qualities (fast melt out, no ash or residue, negligible thermal expansion); highly suitable for investment casting and works with a variety of mold-making processes.
• Eliminates many of the pre- and post-build steps required by other systems (automatically generates any necessary support for model cavities or overhangs, uses unique, easy-to-dissolve wax support - no scaffolding means no corrective sanding or filling!).
