Please find our end of life policy for the following three-dimensional printing machines below.

September 1, 2022

Solidscape is announcing the End of Life (EOL) for the 3Z Series effective October 1, 2022. The first 3Z printers were introduced in July of 2011 and the last production shipments occurred over 4 years ago in March of 2018.

Solidscape will continue to honor all Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) purchased in 2022 for their full 12-month term. Effective immediately no MSA contract will be sold or automatically renewed for the 3Z series printers. Example, if an MSA was purchased on 8/1/2022, it will be honored until 7/31/2023.

We will continue to make the following components (Tank Filters, Heated Lines, Print Heads and Build/Support Material) available for the 3Z series printers for a period of one year following the End-of-Life date which would be through September 30, 2023.

If demand, or Supply Chain constraints are experienced with the above items, we will provide a 90-day notification of ending their availability.

We truly appreciate your attention and support with this time sensitive matter. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this announcement, please feel free to contact our service team at [email protected]

Dear Solidscape User:

As you are aware the Solidscape legacy printer families (BT, BT2, R66, R66+, T76 & T76+) have been declared End of Life for some time now.

Since that time we have continued to provide printheads, materials, heated lines and filters for these products.

Due to declining demand, we are stopping production of heated lines, filters and printheads for these legacy products. We will continue to offer these items until current inventory is depleted, which we anticipate will be sometime in March of this year.

We will continue to provide InduraCast and InduraFill material for as long as demand indicates.

The discontinued part numbers are:

Printheads:  930199-10S, 930199-11S & 930199-12S

Heated Lines:   890069-03 & 890070-03

Filters: 890027 & 890130

Dear Solidscape MMII User,

Solidscape is announcing the End of Life (EOL) for the MMII product effective September 30, 2006. This is more than nine years after the MMII was originally released and five years after the last production MMII shipment. Considering the continuous growth, ever-changing requirements and ongoing technological advancements within the RP industry, this time far exceeds the RP industry standard for support.

Solidscape will continue to honor all Maintenance Service Agreements purchased through March 31, 2006 for their full 12-month term. After March 31, 2006, no renewal MSA contracts will be accepted.

Solidscape will maintain an adequate supply of replacement parts to support the worldwide base through September 2006, as well as an adequate supply to support any machines remaining under MSA until March 30, 2007.

We will continue to provide spare jets, heated lines, tank filters, and build and support materials for the MMII product.

If you would like to make a large “last order” for spare parts for your machine(s), we will need to receive the order no later than July 30, 2006.

Regarding our newest product offerings, we have made significant improvements in the areas of reliability, materials, model quality, speed, service, and price. When manufacturing of the ModelMaker 6 Pro ended in November of 1998, Solidscape announced that support for the ModelMaker 6 Pro would end in five years. November 2003 marks the end of the five years since this announcement. Solidscape is therefore announcing the official end of life for the 6 Pro as of November 2003.

Spare parts will be available until November 2003. However, if you wish to place a final order for spare parts for your 6 Pro machine(s), they must be placed by August 2003. Service Contracts will no longer be accepted because there is less than one year before the official end of life.

Please contact Solidscape if you have any questions about this announcement.

As you are aware, the previously announced end of life for the 6 Pro is fast approaching. Service and spare parts support will end in November of 2003.

Please note that we will continue to provide jets, heated lines, flag filters, and build and support materials (in “molded bead” form) beyond the November 2003 cutoff for a limited time.

All other spare parts orders for the 6 Pro must be received by August 1, 2003 in order to ensure fulfillment by November. Orders placed after August cannot be guaranteed for fulfillment.

For pricing information, or if you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-799-6355.

Dear Solidscape T66/T612 User,

Solidscape is announcing the End of Life (EOL) for the T66/T612 product effective June 1, 2011. The first T66 printers were introduced in August of 2002 and it has been more than six years since the last new T66/T612 printer was shipped from the factory. This announcement does not apply to BT or BT2 printers.

Solidscape will continue to honor all Maintenance Service Agreements purchased through April 30, 2011 for their full 12-month term. After April 30, 2011, no renewal MSA contracts for the T66/T612 printers will be accepted.

Due to the similarities between the T66/T612 printers and the BT/BT2 printers, the impact of this announcement is expected to be minimal. Many of the spare parts are common to both product lines and they will continue to be made available in the course of supporting the BT/BT2 printers.

Regarding our newest product offerings, we have made significant improvements in the areas of reliability, materials, model quality, speed, service, and price. If you would like to receive information regarding Solidscape’s newest technology offerings, please contact Solidscape Sales at 800-799-6355 or Contact Us.
